Financing

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

We strive to find a payment option suitable to your needs. Our practice accepts third-party financing through CareCredit and GreenSky. Be sure to ask about our affordable in-house payment plans if you need additional financial assistance.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we take all major PPO dental plans and participate with Aetna, Guardian, Delta, United Healthcare, Metlife, Assurant, Principal, Ameritas, Careington, Dentegra, Humana, BlueCross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Concordia. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask our office manager during your visit.

We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.

I am sorry that I am moving because I really had a great experience at Blooming Dental & Implant Center. Dr. Chang and his staff are very friendly and good! Everything is high tech and new, the suite looks modern and fresh.  They also offered me a discount because I did not carry insurance and they have affordable dental plans as well.  I am sad that I will not be able to go back again!

Best dental experience ever. Everyone is so friendly and they take you on time for your appointment, no waiting. Very modern and clean facility. Nice technology, you see your teeth xray and scan right away displayed on TV and see everything for yourself. They will also explain things and show you what they're talking about which is nice.  A+

Dr. Kim and the entire staff are amazing ... I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel extremely comfortable.  I can honestly say it was pain free. They were so understanding and gentle. I highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else.
